Too bad u waited till now to notice...I am surprised they are even entertaining this after-the- fact complaint. That's very nice of them. They have been around a long time, cuz they dont steal from customers. Insinuating otherwise is laughable, especially the way u go about it on here.

Jackie T, no one waited a year for anything. The post was made a year ago and the owner replied a year ago. Then continued to post updates of him reaching out to her an getting nothing in return. So what are you even talking about.
Even so the kids were free so that only left 2 adults & 4 shoes. So where did the $11 dollars go in someone's pocket cause it wasn't mine
