Another option would be the B or Q train to Church Ave and connect to the B35 bus or the B16 bus. Googlemaps or Citymapper are also very useful apps for navigating around the City.
F or G train or by bus B68 or B16
Depending on where your coming from, but the F or G will be your best bet.
