I went to the Fort Wiiam Henry tour. They had two different times. We chose the 7:30 tour which was Sat and after that we enjoyed the beautiful fireworks on the lake.
Yes I believe one day a week there is also a pirate boat tour and a cool haunted wax house up the street
The number for the haunted tour is listed on their webpage, you have to call and reserve a spot although I think its only available for certain nights
