Does this park have a lot of lights at night and how long is the track/walkway?
Absolutely yes. There is a paved path around the park, a low-traffic parking lot, plenty of places to safely skate. I have seen young kids rollerskating or using skateboards there, as well as riding bicycles. I myself occasionally ride my cycle there. ☺
