Yes it is, and very delicious.
Seemed fresh to me. Lots of chefs preping. Don't see why not. I don't recall anything that was brought to the table so fast that it would indicate it was already made.
When i got my sushi, the rice was hard as a rock and the fish was old. so i would say not.
Actually it's frozen fish. I work in the restaurant industry and see/taste the difference. That being said, it's still a good place to eat.
You get what you pay for the food is sub par if you're a sushi regular you'll taste the difference
I had samples from several rolls as well as tuna, tamago, and mackerel nigiri style. Nothing tasted off, the tamago was well made. The mackerel (always pickled) was a bit unexpected, not off but it seemed to be pickled in a different manner than what I was used to. I would eat their sushi again, some of the rolls were inspired.
