I have family coming in from Texas for a 7 day stay, will they be allowed to fly out after the 7 days or will they need to stay for 14?

You have to quarantine for 14 days or the duration of your stay if it's less than 14 days coming from a state designated as a hot spot.

We flew into Albany and left for Vermont for 1 week (i came home July5th) ...we werent forced to quarantine
