Unfortunately, unless the elevator is working (it was not when we were last there) the stairs are the only way up to the 2nd and rooftop floors, you can still enjoy the great food on the lower level.!!!

There's an elevator, but call and ask in advance if it works, and last time i was there the upstairs was closed
