There are charging stations by the Tangled bathrooms between fantasy land and liberty square. But as others mentioned.. best to bring a charger. You can also buy a fuel rod at several kiosks around the parks and resorts.

They're a little hard to find, so definitely take a portable charger. We had our phones charging in our backpacks in between rides and at meal times, which kept us powered to run the Disney app for fast passes and photo taking.
