Pretty much all the kids rides with the exception of some roller coaster rides.
There is a section to the right I believe as it splits in the front center of the park with things that will interest kids of that age but there are many parts they will like a ride or two from each section. The Jedi experience was cool for the kids too!
Buzz Lightyear experience, Space Mountain, pretty much everything. We just left there and going back tomorrow.
All areas are catered to all ages.
You want to check out Peter Pan, Buzz Light Year and Barnstormer! Also don't overlook Mickey's Philharmagic and Tom Sawyers Island.
I'm assuming you are looking for something specific, so I would suggest looking into Pirates League. Jedi Training in Hollywood Studios is pretty cool too. Each kid gets to have a chance at fighting Darth Vader at the end. Be there first thing in the morning to run back and sign up though.
He will have fun. Best day ever. Most expensive day ever.
