I agree with what Brenda said.
Fast pass is free. The only way to "pay" for shorter wait times is to do a VIP experience. You can arrange fast pass rides online and make your day go smoothly. Download the app so you can see wait times. If you don't mind doing single rider on some rides, you will get on quickly.

Not sure check the web site for fast pass it's an additional fee on top of admission but it allows you to get in the lines and go through a lot faster average wait time is 2 hours / ride without it
They also have a FastPass option which you can use to cut down wait times as well. You can only do 3 rides however per day.
You can get a VIP tour that does shorter waits. I think it is around $150 an hour for up to 12 people with a five hour minimum. Book in advance.
