Seven dwarves mine train might be a tight squeeze MAYBE. but avatar flight of passage over at animal kingdom they will most likely face some issues. Our friend and his wife were a larger person and could not fit.
So.. My dad is a big guy and he couldnt fit on the Pandora Banshee ride , was bad news for him after waiting all that time.. BUT good news is if you get told you cant ride they will give you fast passes for a different ride for the whole family..
For the most part yes I have not seen height or weight restrictions for tall or big guys

Depends. Shouldnt be an issue. Most rides are kid rides.
