Online or at the gate where they sales the ticket. Go in person its better you can ask all the questions you have for them. They will answer right away. I'm former cast member.
Online or at the gate, I'd recommend talking to someone at the ticket counter because you may be able to get a better discount & you at least have someone that can answer questions in front of you.
I believe there are also kiosks set up around the park.
