I suffer from PTSD and don’t do well in crowded confined spaces so riding the monorail or boat to the park is literally an anxiety filled nightmare. Is there any other option for parking that gets me closer ?

Maybe calling Disney and ask for other options, although, being around crowds will be unavoidable.

The disabled parking is the closest you can get to the entrance then monorail and boat or a bus are the only three options . Bus would be your best option pick a quiet one most people go by monorail or boat .
