Ticket and transportation center
Guest drop off is at the ticket and transportation center.... BUT... If you can get to the Contemporary hotel, you could drop them off there and they can walk to the Magic Kingdom. You may have to claim you have "dinner reservations" to get thru the parking booths though.
Unlike Disneyland in CA here they funnel everyone in to parking spaces and the tram picks you up at your designated parking lot. When you leave you have to get on the right tram to drop you back off at your parking area. So, I guess you would all have to remember which lot you dropped off at and have them ride the tram back to that area to meet with you for pick up. You could ask the parkers what they'd suggest.
Get there when the park open, that's either 9:00a.m.or 10:00a.m. And pick up when park closes at 9:00p.m. On certain days they have early park opening, you can get in the parks as early as 7:00a.m or 8:00a.m. And extended late hours until midnight. It will take all day, to truly enjoy the entire park and attractions.
I would get as close to where the busses drop people off. there should be a general parking lot near by.
