No you do not. They have a firework show every evening that is included in your admission price.
No you do not have to pay extra unless you want a special viewing of the fireworks, then you have to pay for like a dessert party to get a more optimal view of the fireworks. And then as stated in another answer the only other time where you would have to pay is if there is a separate special event that requires you to buy a ticket to that particular event such as Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

No, the nightly shows are free, but there are times when after hours parties are held (Xmas and Halloween), which aee separately ticketed.
