Also the scooters from Buena Vista can scoot faster than the ones in the parks.
If you want to rent it in the park, you can only rent it the day you go. It is located to the right just as you enter the park and before you go under the train bridge. If you switch parks that same day, you take your receipt to the next park and you don't have to pay again. If you are staying on Disney property, I would highly recommend renting from Buena Vista Scooters. It is cheaper and they will deliver it to your hotel and pick it up the day you check out. All of the Disney transportation is scooter friendly. Have loads of fun!
