If I have a child with special needs do I still pay parking?

Yes, you still pay for parking unless you have an annual pass that includes parking. After you pay and get into the parking area, you follow the blue line painted on the road, to the handicap parking, located near the front.

Yes and no. If you are staying on property make sure to tell them when you check in that you have/need handicapped parking. (Then take the bus) Otherwise, there is a parking fee.
