If you pass the main parking admission booth for The Magic Kingdom by staying to the left, there is an area that guests can be dropped off at just outside the main parking lot. There is no charge to get to this location. Look for the sign that reads, "guest drop off" on the left hand side.
Depends where you get dropped off. Disney does charge for parking. If you try to drive in to the Ticketind and Transportation Center they will charge you to park. You can get dropped off at a hotel and take the monorail from that hotle and not pay to get in and drop off. If you are staying off property but close to the park Lyft and Uber are good options. They can get you to the main entrance of any of the on property hotels.
