All cast members wore masks. None of the characters wore masks, you couldn't get close to them. No way to take personal pictures with the characters. You only seen them from a distance or in the parades from a distance.
I was there last week and none of the characters wore masks, but there was no opportunity to be close to them for pictures other than when they did the parades, but you aren't able to take personal photos with them unfortunately. All of the cast members wear masks however.
None but you can't meet them or get near them.
