they do have wheelchairs, yes, but the huge flow of people, you end up getting left behind and can't get around properly. The ideal is a scooter, motorized chair that is easy to drive.
They aren't free. Nothing is free at Disney. The scooters are $70 but you get $20 back when you return the scooter.
Yeah i know for a fact they have them but wasnt sure if you had to pay. Makes sense that they are free though.
