No but you must pick up your tickets at "will call" at the park. Prior to actually going to the park you must create an account with "My Disney Experience.com" on line and schedule which parks and what day you will be attending.
Others are saying no. I would also like to add that you still might need to go to the ticket booth to get an actual ticket. You won't be "buying" a new ticket, but you still need a physical ticket to scan into the park (unless you already linked a ticket to a magic band).
