It's truly Latin American with a focus on Puerto Rico. You won't find these dishes in Spain. For example, their best selling menu item is Ropa Vieja which is identified with Cuba but is very popular in Puerto Rico. You won't find it in Spain unless you go to a Caribbean restaurant.
