No it's first come first serve so arrive and park in a spot go inside pay for the spot and the days
Feel free to check it out but considering it's a Sunday I highly doubt it, it's payed parking only and the lot is almost always full especially on weekends. I guess it wouldn't hurt to try but make sure you have a backup plan.
