Well, I don't know that an adult cat would be any good at treating your broken arm, but I imagine they would certainly be better at it than a kitten. The cost is probably a can of tuna.
Go to the vet it's a shelter not an actual vet office
You'll need to go to a vet they only give basic services like shots for animals
