Is the patio dog friendly

Rodney is a really nice guy, i would just ask him. In most cases of dogs are allowed, they just have to be well behaved.

I think, that dog owners, being one myself, should be able to take their dog out, as long as they're Service Dogs, Only. I find it annoying to see people with animals in grocery stores, and restaurants, and any place where food is sold or served, as animals, no matter how well they're bathed, are unsanitary. I don't even think they should be allowed in pet stores, because everything they step on, goes into their skin and mouths. People have had their pets die, from other pet owners' negligence. People just need to learn how to leave their pets at home, instead of taking them into stores, restaurants, or leaving them in their vehicles, or in the back of their trucks. (The law should enforce a rule, that These People who do this, should be treated the same way.)
