Yes! You can drop in for a class or for open gym. Give them a call they are really helpful and will guide you with what you need!
We would love to have you training with us while you're on Vacation! There are two requirements to do so: 1. That you are a current member at an affiliated CrossFit gym 2. You register online to reserve your spot online and fill out the waiver. We keep our class sizes small to ensure the highest possible value of coaching and safety.
