Yes they have a calendar that shows on which days a certain body part or exercise class is held. You just sign up at the desk. They have a good walk thru also for new members. If your not sure how something works don't guess. You can do yourself a lot of harm using the equipment wrong. And worst yet not accomolish what you wanted. Staff is good. Just ask and they'll show you the right way. Have fun
