Why does the employees doesn't know the menus ???? It was a really bad experience I got out of there :/

I noticed that their turnover rate is crazy high I'm sure that has a lot to do with it as well

I would have to say bad management maybe.....i could call the big dogs and let them know what's going on so they could fix itf
