It is a split patio with open doors from bar to outside sitting. TVs yes, smoking yes.

They have an open/outdoor bar area. You should be able to smoke out there and still have good views of TVs. Food is pretty good and they chill the beer mugs.

Outside area with tv's they do, but you need to smoke elsewhere away from the screens... pretty sure you can watch them from the parking lot anyways

They have an O shaped bar. Half inside, half outside where you can smoke in front of TVs. Expensive habit and bad for you though! Lol
