No, you don't have to pay theme park admission to go to the theatre. Yes you have to pay for parking at Universal to go to the theatre before 6 pm. $25. After 6 pm it's free. Allow extra time to walk to the theatre. It's a bit of a walk. Nice theatre.

Only have pay park you're car before certain time but cheaper leave car bk at hotel
