1. Is the Splash Pad open to ALL residents or are there restrictions of ANY kind? * One post stated "pad" is only for children in summer camp program* 2. Is the rubberized walk path INDOOR or an outside trail? THANKS

Splash pad is for every one. There are times set aside for summer camp but others can still get on as long as # limit has not been reached. And trail is outside it is a little over. 1/4 Mile lap.

Splash pad open everybody. Closed on Mondays. Rubber walkway is outside
