They welcome all faiths and the food is halal. The servers and owners are middle eastern immigrants. They didn't publicize if they were sunni or shiaa when i visited, but the food will make anyone go mashaallah!
Lots of Muslim eat there and they said it is Halal. Personally, it's the best restaurants in the city. Try the lamb over rice.
I'm not sure what the basis of your question is. Could you be more specific about what you're asking? As previously stated, anyone is welcome. I went with a large group, none of whom were Muslim, and we were treated with respect. Food and service were excellent.
