Everyone wore masks. Thorough cleaning between guests. Tables spaced apart.
We wore our masks whenever a server came our way, but removed them to eat and drink. They were very appreciative, but they were never pushy about keeping ours on.
I watched them clean tables thoughly between patrons, masks required upon entering, looked like every other table of not more was empty, servers and hosts wore masks all the time.
Masks are mandatory to orders are placed, and distance apart from tables are required
