Great service Everytime,food always good. If you had a problem, check the mirror you may be looking at it.
I was put off when I called the restaurant after eating there. It was $17.99 plus a $5.00 tip for the waitress. I had the egg white omelette and he had 3 eggs and hash browns. I called to check the prices and Keith was very rude to me. 😵😵😵 Then he hung up on me because he said he was busy. Never going back. .

I've been to Union IHOP twice since we've been here. Bathroom was clean & well lite. Food was great, order and service was satisfactory also. Management checked on us our second visit.
We go there frequently and have never had a problem.
I went there it was the worst IHOP experience. Food was cooked wrong. Missed half our order. Bathroom was filthy. I will not go back to that one
Always had great service including the random check by management at the tables. Possibly maybe was short staffed and they were busy doing other daily tasks
Never had a problem with customer service there. Perhaps if managers were not checking on you they were busy cooking or cleaning or something with the flu going around everywhere is short staffed and managers wear many hats.
When i went they had excellent customer service, and they cant do anything about the structure of there building, its just how they built it.
