The unit I live in does not. They have like a unit in a hotel room with an extended part into the bedroom. It is not forced central air conditioning but it works just fine, my bill is never over $70. They are changing them out to more efficient air and heat units. Call office for verification.

It is a hotel type air conditioner with a extended vent for the bedroom. It works great. All units are the same. Some older units and newer just like anywhere. Electric bill is around $50.
