Yes but better wake up early if you want a shower and clean toilets. They get packed up and dirty really fast.

Yes and they are generally kept very clean. Decent water pressure, and plenty of hot water!! The bathroom in my camper is being redone and I use the camp bathrooms all the time. They are very nice
