It's 55 and older, but you can have someone live with you who is no younger than 45 years old.
i wanted to correct you Mr Mayes...these apartments are not only for seniors. .. that changed about 3years ago.. they kept the name probably because it would cost money to change... so please check your facts before you post...thx
