I don't think it's racist because pure Latino works there, they are there to serve the customer, but if you don't respect them, how are they going to respect you?
That Person (the racist) forgets that because of the people who go and buy food in that place, she has a job and her salary. Next time ask her name and report her, I would do that and I have reported several people in different places and I tell you this SOME NO LONGER WORK THERE WHERE THE INCIDENT HAPPENED.
