Don't purchase from them. They dont update their website, so what shows to be in stock might not be. I had to get a refund on a bike that wasn't even in stock and the refund process took more than 2 weeks. They didn't reply to any questions or concerns I had. I had no way of knowing where my package was, if I was even getting one.
They took my money for a new 3G Newport bike. The bike never shipped and 3 weeks later they still won’t return my phone calls or let me know when/if they are shipping it. They stole my $650. DO NOT purchase from them! This is a scam.
Mr.bikes is a great place to get bikes. I got mine shipped really quick! Highly recommended.
It’s been about two weeks and I ordered some parts for my bike and it says the items haven’t even been shipped yet. It only says that the items have been place. I tried emailing them but I have no response. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND.
