Why is this location so fantastic but all other fosters freezes are just mediocre to terrible?? Best burger I've had in awhile at this location

Small town and good workers

Each are franchise owned, so each could be different I suppose. Their specialty is shakes, malts, etc. They really excel on those... Try one!

i don't think they are mediocre to terrible but then again i've only been to the lake county ones and i get ice cream.
