Hi Lucy: Lakefront Cottage #27 does have a patio that hangs over the lake when the lake level is normal level, but at this time the lake level is very low and water is not under the patio area. We have a large grassy peninsula that juts out into the lake that has a safe, wrought-iron fence around it that many guests fish from. Regarding ADA accessibility, we're committed to easy access for everyone. We has an ADA compliant, wheelchair accessible cottage, curb ramps and accessible parking spaces and passenger loading zones. Cottage #18, our wheelchair accessible cottage has the following ADA compliant features: Low incline wheelchair accessible cement ramp, wheelchair accessible roll-in shower, wheelchair a, fixed / removable optional handheld shower head, a folding bench in the shower that supports up to 800 lbs., grab bars in shower and next to toilet. We also have a large pontoon boat that is great for fishing and has fit a wheelchair. Bob Manager
Hey Lucy. There are cabins on the lake where I was and it's very very beautiful... The setup is a little more like a hotel but they are little mini cot cabins. However, you cannot fish from the cabin. There is designated areas and there is a place where people can sit in fish but it is outside in that designated area. He also has a couple jet skis in a little boat that he may rent out sometimes for you to get on the water. You do have to walk there but it is very short distance. Very peaceful. You would love it. Call & ask Bob, the owner, if he can accommodate for the disabled. He actually may have something special that I did not see but it is well worth it Lucy👌🏾👌🏾
