Yes. This true. It's the length of other traditional lap pools, which I think is 50m.
I don't know the precise measurements but it is comparable to other indoor dedicated lap pools. It is not short or small...it's at least as long as both the dedicated lap pool at Coast Guard Island and the lap pool at Golds Gym in Vacaville. The pictures on Google maps show the pool.
