$100 elec deposit I live there and its not that bad.
I think prices start at 500 a month, plus $75 dep on electric, and you buy your propane when needed. They have free Directv too! They keep the place up and well maintained in my opinion. As long as you pay your rent, and follow their rules you can stay as long as you want!
