You all should come to Richmond's Taco Bell on Barrett Ave/23rd Street. They have a bullet proof window, take your payment via a plexiglass sliding drawer, deliver your food from same sliding tray and leave your change/card in a slot off to the side. The Taco Bell on Mendocino Ave is clean and friendly in comparison. It's all relative. If we keep complaining, they'll just close it and we'll have to go to The Marketplace location on Santa Rosa Ave or Farmers Lane instead. It's an affordable alternative for the JC students, so let's be cool.
Its all the same at any taco Bell that's why they make it to go so you can get your food and go!
