If you order to go and eat it in your vehicle on the premises then go back for a tea refill maybe 20 minutes later should you pay for refills? Felt cheap after seeing customers and the waitress staring though the window at me when I was leaving

They have outdoor seating. I would do that if I didn't want to eat inside. If you prefer to eat in your car then let them know when you pick it up. I'm sure that they will be okay with that. I don't know how you could eat BBQ in your car without getting it everywhere though.
