Grab the rope hanging down and pull it. Press down on metal below lock area when door is down fully. Pull bolt over till lock holes match, insert lock and close.
We have 4 different ways you can close out your unit and account with us. 1) You can contact the office and they'll have you sign a notice of termination to close out the account. 2) You can log into your online account through our website and send your notice to them thru your secure online account. 3) You can log into our secure app and submit your notice of termination through your account on the app. 4) You can email your intent to terminate, be sure to include your name, unit number and date you intend to be out by. We try to make it as easy as possible for our tenants that are busy moving. The office will contact you if they need anything from you before you leave. We ask that you take everything with you, don't leave trash in the unit and please leave the floor broom clean. We'll do the rest. Once you're finished please close the unit door, take your personal disc lock with you. Don't leave your lock on the unit or they won't know you're done with it. Thank you.
