They have been open on prior Christmas Eves, but they will put out their won't-change schedule on the 21st. Usually the next week schedule is released the Tuesday before a week.
The best possible way to know ahead of time is to check if they will be showing any movies on that date. They show the show times a week before so check for show times on Christmas eve on the 17th.
