Why do all the sales associates take phone calls over customers who have taken the time to come in person? I walked out after 3 associates looked right at the line of customers and picked up their phones.

Patience is a virtue.. You would have been better off waiting.

That's the norm everywhere. Every phone call is a potential customer. They don't want to lose any business. You're free to walk out if you feel you're not getting the attention you deserve.

I think you kind of have to understand the way their business operates they don't want to turn down business so they're trying to help everyone at the same time but usually they do put things on hold and help the people in line.

Value pricing so we deal with the staff having to do multiple jobs. I'd rather pay less than have a receptionist. Tires are hard to buy on line as most of us don't understand all the choices, sizes... I do only go in with a reservation and that helps.

No worries! I'm giving another local business a try. And it's right next to a yummy Thai restaurant. :-)

In my experience they put the call on hold then address the line of people.

I have no idea. I'm a customer too. I'm not the manager. Google question is all prior customer's responses...
