The phone lines for the call center close down at 4pm. The exam station is open until 445pm, however.
They have to close down earlier to be able to count down the drawers for the day. Unfortunately they do not have a receptionist that solely answers calls. I know this is frustrating but the examiners all have to juggle processing an applicant and answering calls.
