No, they will give you a paper one but like other id the hard copy gets mailed to you

Agree with Mzztery, paper ID the same day, hard copy mailed to you. Paper ID is supposed to be accepted everywhere as a form of ID. I know that Walmart and Dillons accept them to cash checks.
